It's great to see politicians doing what's right. Fantastic when it involves doing what's needed for our community.
But, when the rubber hits the road, where are they? Politics and galas are one thing. Fighting for justice when it gets ugly is another.
Enough with the photo ops and awards. Put your power where it's needed.
Both Gansler and Van Hollen are happy to receive honors for being champions of civil rights and disabilities. Use some of that influence to get an independent investigation for the Saylors!
